The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and pastry arts, be highly creative, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.We are seeking an individual who is detail-oriented, has excellent customer service skills, and is able to multitask in a busy bakery. The ideal candidate should be available to work a flexible schedule and have a strong attention to detail. To be successful in this role, the Cake Decorator must have the ability to work with a variety of ingredients and cake decorations, as well as the capability to create unique and eye-catching designs. Responsibilities: • Create beautiful and delicious cakes for customers • Work with a variety of ingredients and cake decorations • Develop unique and eye-catching cake designs • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery • Ensure that all cakes are made and decorated in accordance with company specifications • Follow recipes accurately and consistently • Provide excellent customer service • Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures • Maintain accurate records of cake decorating materials and ingredients • Ensure that all cakes meet product quality and safety standards • Keep work area clean and organized at all times
