Job Description

This position requires strong cross-functional relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Including various design, production and logistics vendors. Develop, implement and manage processes, establishing KPIs, to ensure day-to-day management, reporting, and analyzing of 3rd party merchandisers’ installation and on-going in-store merchandising visit surveys Create and provide reports and analysis of implementation performance and ongoing merchandising surveys. Share finding with the team and key stakeholders and recommend changes to improve store merchandising standards. Manage supply needs, including any initial tester requirements, for in-store implementation and continuity. Address and resolve retailer issues, timely and effectively and escalate if no resolution is met. Liaise and build strong working relationships with internal teams and retail partners to drive global consistency and to create best practice guidelines. Create and develop relationships with vendors and ensure true collaborative partnerships.

Job Qualifications
  • 3-5 year’s industry experience in merchandising or store development / environment

  • Proven ability to perform and apply design skills, including fixture design, merchandising displays and graphics development

  • Space planning (JDA) experience a plus

  • Flexible with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment
