Job Description

As a Walmart Administration and Clerical Associate, you will be an integral part of our team by providing exceptional administrative and clerical support. We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with data entry, record keeping, and customer service.To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license. Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not required. You must also possess strong computer knowledge and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual who is committed to providing exceptional customer service and who is passionate about helping our team succeed. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional administrative and clerical support to the Walmart team.
  2. Maintain organized records and data entry.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Ensure accuracy of customer information.
  5. Maintain a positive customer service attitude at all times.
  6. Develop and foster a cooperative working environment within the team.
  7. Assist with filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
  8. Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  9. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  10. Assist with scheduling and completing customer orders.
  11. Follow safety procedures and policies.
