Responsibilities of an Administration and Clerical Associate:

• Provide outstanding customer service to customers at all times • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail • Assist with office administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and customer correspondence • Handle telephone inquiries and route calls to the appropriate individuals • Multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments • Research and develop solutions for customer inquiries • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services • Produce reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as required • Ensure accuracy of all paperwork and records
