Auto Care Center Associate

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide excellent customer service.
2. Assist customers with their automotive needs, such as explaining products and services, answering questions, and providing advice.
3. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of automotive parts, supplies, and services to customers.
4. Answer phone inquiries, take orders, and process payments.
5. Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
7. Follow all relevant safety procedures and regulations.
8. Work with a team and independently to complete tasks.
9. Utilize a POS system and other computer programs to process orders and transactions.
10. Receive, stock, and organize automotive merchandise.
