We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Divisional Asset Protection. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to protect our company's assets and reduce shrinkage across all divisions.   1. Develop and implement strategies to protect the company's assets and reduce shrinkage across all divisions.
  2. Conduct regular audits to identify potential risks and areas for improvement in asset protection.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to asset protection.
  4. Manage a team of asset protection professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the effective execution of department goals.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies and other external partners to prevent and investigate incidents of theft, fraud, and other security risks.
  6. Monitor and analyze data related to shrinkage and other key performance indicators, and develop action plans to address any issues.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in asset protection, and implement new strategies and technologies as needed.
  8. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on asset protection measures, risks, and successes.
  9. Develop and maintain emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure the safety of customers and employees in the event of an emergency.
  10. Foster a culture of integrity and ethical behavior among all employees, and ensure all asset protection activities are conducted in accordance with company values and legal standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Asset Protection: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have Previous Experience Working In Asset Protection, Preferably In A Retail Setting. This Includes Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Strategies, Investigations, And Surveillance Techniques.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Director, Divisional Asset Protection, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Asset Protection Managers And Associates. Strong Leadership Skills Are Essential To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Towards Achieving Departmental Goals.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management, Store Employees, And Law Enforcement Agencies.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Director, Divisional Asset Protection Will Be Responsible For Analyzing Data And Identifying Trends To Develop Strategies To Reduce Shrinkage And Improve Overall Asset Protection. The Candidate Should Have Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Carry Out These Responsibilities.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Asset Protection, Including Laws Related To Theft, Fraud, And Privacy. This Will Ensure Compliance And Minimize Potential Legal Risks For The Company.
