Job Description

Walmart is looking for a Distribution Warehouse Maintenance Technician to join our team! We are seeking a reliable and organized candidate with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping maintain our Distribution Warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in a distribution maintenance technician role, including troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and mechanical systems. They should also be comfortable working in a team environment. The successful candidate must be able to work on their own with minimal supervision and have the ability to react quickly and effectively to solve maintenance problems. The successful candidate must also have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems in the Distribution Warehouse.
  2. Work with other technicians and personnel to help maintain operations.
  3. Perform maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.
  4. React quickly and effectively to solve maintenance problems.
  5. Maintain communication with supervisors and team members.
  6. Work in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Follow safety procedures and protocols when performing maintenance tasks.
  8. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and repairs.
  9. Ensure that all equipment is operational and functioning correctly.
  10. Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on equipment.
