  1. Develop and implement comprehensive fleet safety policies and procedures that align with company goals and industry best practices.
  2. Utilize advanced analytics to identify and analyze trends and patterns in fleet safety data, and make data-driven recommendations to improve safety performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs, initiatives, and campaigns to promote a culture of safety and enhance driver behavior.
  4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  5. Monitor and track safety-related metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of safety programs and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as insurance providers and regulatory agencies, to stay informed of industry trends and regulations.
  7. Investigate accidents and incidents, and provide timely and thorough reports with recommendations for prevention.
  8. Manage the maintenance and upkeep of fleet vehicles, including regular inspections and repairs, to ensure they meet safety standards.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and best practices in fleet safety management, and make recommendations for their implementation.
  10. Collaborate with the HR department to ensure all drivers are properly trained, licensed, and qualified to operate fleet vehicles.
  11. Conduct regular safety meetings and trainings to educate drivers on safe driving practices and address any safety concerns.
  12. Act as a point of contact for any safety-related inquiries or concerns from drivers, management, or external stakeholders.
  13. Oversee the implementation of telematics and other safety technology to monitor and improve driver behavior and safety.
  14. Develop and manage budgets for safety-related initiatives and equipment, and track expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  15. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on fleet safety performance and recommend strategies for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Data Analytics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Fleet Safety Management Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Advanced Analytics Techniques And Tools, Such As Predictive Modeling And Machine Learning.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Safety Policies And Procedures For A Large Fleet Of Vehicles.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Manage A Team Of Analysts.
