Knowledge Of Facility Equipment: A Strong Understanding Of Facility Equipment Such As Hvac Systems, Lighting, And Plumbing Is Necessary For This Role.
Troubleshooting Skills: Preventative Maintenance Technicians Should Have The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Issues With Equipment And Systems, And Perform Repairs As Needed.
