Senior UX Researcher

We’re looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join us at Warby Parker and help us create an extraordinary shopping experience for our customers. If you’re passionate about understanding how people interact with technology and products, we want to hear from you!In this role, you’ll work with a team of designers, engineers, product managers, and other researchers to uncover user insights and make measurable improvements to our digital products. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing research plans to evaluate user needs and behaviors, identify areas of improvement, and help shape the development of our products.To be successful in this role, you should have experience in qualitative and quantitative user research methods, a strong understanding of UX design principles, and the ability to effectively communicate research findings. You should also have a passion for learning, an open-mindedness to exploring different solutions, and an ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
