Senior UX Researcher

We’re looking for an experienced Senior UX Researcher to join our team at Warby Parker! In this role, you’ll be responsible for conducting user research, designing and implementing user testing, and analyzing data to inform product design decisions. To be successful in this role, you should have an understanding of UX design principles and techniques, a passion for understanding users, and a drive to make an impact on the product design process. We’re looking for a creative problem solver who can think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to real user pain points. If you’re highly organized, have strong communication skills, and are excited to join a fast-growing team, this job is for you!Qualifications:• 5+ years of experience in UX research, user testing, and/or product design• Experience with qualitative and quantitative user research methods• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills• Knowledge of UX design principles and techniques• Passion for understanding user needs and behaviors• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Experience with user testing tools such as UsabilityHub, UserTesting.com, or Optimal Workshop• Bachelor’s Degree in HCI, Human Factors, Psychology, or related field
