- Develop and implement integration strategies for acquired companies, ensuring alignment with WarnerMedia's overall business objectives.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute integration plans and timelines.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential acquisition targets and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
- Identify and prioritize key integration initiatives, including synergies and cost-saving opportunities.
- Communicate progress and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement communication plans to ensure a smooth transition for employees and stakeholders of acquired companies.
- Coordinate and oversee integration activities across multiple functional areas, including finance, human resources, legal, and technology.

- Manage and track integration budgets and expenses.
