Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Director of People & Culture Product & Program Management to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our people and culture products and programs to support our diverse and talented workforce.   1. Develop and implement a strategic plan for people and culture products and programs that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead a team of product and program managers to ensure successful execution and delivery of initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, talent acquisition, and diversity and inclusion, to identify and prioritize product and program needs.
  4. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate our offerings.
  5. Define and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and impact of people and culture products and programs.
  6. Develop and manage budgets for all people and culture initiatives.
  7. Create and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the development and delivery of products and programs.
  8. Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gather feedback and ensure alignment with company values and culture.
  9. Monitor and address any issues or concerns related to people and culture products and programs, and make necessary adjustments to ensure their success.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all people and culture initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Product And Program Management Within The Hr Or Talent Management Space.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Effective People And Culture Strategies.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Systems And Technology, As Well As Data Analysis And Reporting.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
