  1. Operate and maintain media control room (MCR) equipment to support live broadcasts and productions.
  2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to ensure uninterrupted transmission and delivery of content.
  3. Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to understand production requirements and execute them effectively.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trends to continuously improve MCR operations.
  5. Implement and maintain media workflows to streamline production processes.
  6. Monitor and adjust audio and video levels to ensure high-quality output.
  7. Perform routine maintenance and regular backups of MCR equipment.
  8. Train and mentor junior MCR staff on technical operations and procedures.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of content.
  10. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  11. Proactively identify potential issues and recommend solutions to improve MCR efficiency and productivity.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to data security and confidentiality.
  13. Maintain accurate documentation of equipment, procedures, and incidents.
  14. Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity issues.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve MCR processes to ensure the highest quality output and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Media Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Broadcast Systems, Including Satellite, Fiber, And Ip Transmission.

  • Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving In A Fast-Paced, Live Broadcast Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work Under Pressure And Adapt To Changing Priorities.
