WarnerMedia is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Post Production Bookings Coordinator to join our team. As a Bookings Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the post production process, ensuring that projects are efficiently and effectively scheduled and managed.   1. Coordinate post production bookings for multiple projects, ensuring efficient and effective scheduling.
  2. Manage project calendars and timelines to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  3. Collaborate with various teams, including producers, editors, and sound mixers, to determine and confirm project needs.
  4. Maintain accurate records of all booking requests, confirmations, and changes.
  5. Communicate booking details and updates to relevant team members and stakeholders.
  6. Monitor project progress and address any scheduling conflicts or delays.
  7. Proactively identify and troubleshoot potential issues that may arise during the post production process.
  8. Anticipate and plan for future production needs and adjust schedules accordingly.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in post production scheduling and workflow.
  10. Assist with other post production tasks and projects as needed.
  11. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve and streamline post production processes.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  13. Prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  14. Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure they are completed to the highest quality standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Industry Standard Post Production Software Such As Avid, Adobe Premiere, And Pro Tools.

  • Knowledge Of Post Production Workflows And Processes, Including Scheduling, Budgeting, And Delivery Requirements.

  • Strong Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines.

  • Prior Experience In Coordinating Post Production Bookings, Preferably In A Studio Or Production Company Setting.

  • Familiarity With Industry Trends And Emerging Technologies In Post Production, And The Ability To Adapt To New Systems And Tools.
