- Communicate booking details and updates to relevant team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and address any scheduling conflicts or delays.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot potential issues that may arise during the post production process.
- Anticipate and plan for future production needs and adjust schedules accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in post production scheduling and workflow.
- Assist with other post production tasks and projects as needed.

Strong Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines.
Prior Experience In Coordinating Post Production Bookings, Preferably In A Studio Or Production Company Setting.
