  1. Collaborate with team members to develop and execute project plans for broadcast and production technology design and integration projects.
  2. Coordinate and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  3. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and team members.
  4. Identify and resolve potential project issues and escalate to management as needed.
  5. Manage project documentation and ensure all necessary materials are organized and easily accessible.
  6. Coordinate meetings and facilitate effective communication among project team members.
  7. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in broadcast and production technology.
  8. Assist with budget management and creating project proposals.
  9. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of project components.
  10. Assist with testing and quality assurance of new technology systems.
  11. Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
  12. Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  13. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Broadcast Engineering, Production Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Coordination, Preferably In A Broadcast Or Production Technology Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Broadcast And Production Technology Systems, Including Audio And Video Equipment, Broadcast Servers, And Production Switchers.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Vendors.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Meeting Deadlines, And Staying Within Budget.
