As a Production Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the production team and ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.   1. Assist the production team in all aspects of television production, including pre-production, on-set support, and post-production tasks.
  2. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and execution of production plans.
  3. Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, filing, and managing documentation.
  4. Handle logistics and equipment for shoots, including organizing transportation, securing permits, and setting up and breaking down equipment.
  5. Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production.
  6. Assist with talent management, including coordinating schedules and ensuring their needs are met on set.
  7. Conduct research and gather information to support the production team in developing and executing ideas.
  8. Act as a liaison between the production team and other departments, including finance, marketing, and legal.
  9. Keep track of production expenses and assist in budget management.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and contribute ideas to enhance the production process.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Production: A Strong Understanding Of The Production Process, Including Pre-Production, Filming, And Post-Production, Is Essential For A Production Assistant Role At Warnermedia. This Could Include Previous Experience In A Similar Role, Or A Relevant Degree Or Certification.
