Job Description

Washington State University is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly organized Assistant Director of Annual Giving to join our dynamic and fast-paced team! We are seeking an individual who has a passion for development and philanthropy and is eager to support the University's mission to ensure that our students and programs receive the financial support they need to succeed. The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of experience in development, fundraising or related field. They should have excellent communication and customer service skills, be highly organized and adept at managing multiple projects, and have a proven track record in working in collaboration with colleagues from across the University's departments and organizations. The candidate should also demonstrate a deep commitment to fostering a culture of philanthropy among alumni, friends, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess the same passion for Washington State University’s mission and its students as we do.
