Residential Education Director

The successful candidate for this position will be an experienced leader, equipped to manage a residential education team and provide exceptional support to the residential student body. The Residential Education Director will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and mission of the University’s residential education program.The ideal candidate for this position will possess a passion for student learning and development, have a strong commitment to the University’s mission and values, and demonstrate a clear understanding of residential education. This individual will have the ability to build and maintain relationships with students and university staff, manage a team of residential education professionals, and make decisions with the students’ best interests in mind.Required qualifications include a Master’s degree in education or a related field, with at least five years of experience in residential education, student development, and/or student affairs.
