  1. Provide exceptional customer service to builder clients, ensuring all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately.
  2. Process orders from builder clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including sales, operations, and logistics.
  4. Communicate effectively with builder clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  5. Keep accurate records of all interactions with builder clients and ensure proper documentation of orders.
  6. Meet and exceed performance goals for order processing and customer satisfaction.
  7. Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to builder clients.
  8. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements for better customer service.
  9. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise with builder client orders.
  10. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.
