Job Description

Develop a comprehensive capacity model that includes the staffing and new hire plan for voice and digital frontline employees. Work with key business partners (Finance, People Team, Learning & Development) to improve awareness of staffing and hiring needs within the contact centers. Ensures the plan is incorporated into the financial plan and training plans. Works with the Contact Center Leadership teams to bring awareness of key staffing drivers and work on areas to improved efficiency. Complete analysis of results to identify root causes or trends that will lead to efficiency gains in the contact center.
