  1. Oversee and manage waste management operations in a specific district, including but not limited to landfill, recycling, and collection services.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives in the district.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of employees in the district, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  4. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to waste management.
  5. Monitor and analyze district performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, government officials, and community members.
  7. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, providing regular updates on district operations and performance.
  8. Collaborate with other district managers and company leaders to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
  9. Develop and manage the district budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
  10. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the district, including potential partnerships and contracts.
  11. Maintain a strong focus on environmental sustainability, implementing initiatives to reduce waste and minimize the impact on the environment.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends, adapting strategies and processes as needed to remain competitive.
  13. Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed in the district, promoting a culture of safety among employees.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, promoting our mission and values.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Management Role In The Waste Management Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Teams And Driving Operational Efficiency.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Waste Management Regulations And Compliance Requirements At The Local, State, And Federal Levels.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Diverse Team.
