We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our team in Indore at Waste Management.   1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and values.
  2. Provide guidance and support to managers on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  3. Serve as a liaison between employees and management, promoting open communication and creating a positive work culture.
  4. Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
  5. Monitor and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal HR laws and regulations.
  6. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
  7. Manage employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring their competitiveness and fairness.
  8. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  9. Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts, complaints, and investigations, and provide appropriate resolutions.
  10. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to management.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, and proactively suggest innovative ways to improve the company's HR processes.
  12. Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as government agencies, industry associations, and recruitment agencies.
  13. Represent the company at job fairs, conferences, and other networking events to promote the company's employer brand.
  14. Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  15. Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: A Human Resource Business Partner At Waste Management Must Possess A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. This Educational Background Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Foundation In Hr Principles And Practices.

  • Proven Experience In Hr Management: Waste Management Is Seeking A Candidate With At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Management Role. This Includes Experience In Areas Such As Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Talent Acquisition.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Employment Laws And Regulations. This Includes Knowledge Of Equal Employment Opportunity Laws, Labor Laws, And Other Relevant Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Human Resource Business Partner, Indore At Waste Management, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Building Relationships With Employees, Managers, And External Stakeholders. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role.
