- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and values.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management, promoting open communication and creating a positive work culture.
- Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal HR laws and regulations.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring their competitiveness and fairness.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts, complaints, and investigations, and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, and proactively suggest innovative ways to improve the company's HR processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as government agencies, industry associations, and recruitment agencies.
- Represent the company at job fairs, conferences, and other networking events to promote the company's employer brand.
- Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: A Human Resource Business Partner At Waste Management Must Possess A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. This Educational Background Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Foundation In Hr Principles And Practices.
Proven Experience In Hr Management: Waste Management Is Seeking A Candidate With At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Management Role. This Includes Experience In Areas Such As Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Talent Acquisition.
Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Employment Laws And Regulations. This Includes Knowledge Of Equal Employment Opportunity Laws, Labor Laws, And Other Relevant Regulations.
