Small Equipment Operator

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Small Equipment Operator to join our team at Waste Management. In this role, you will be responsible for operating small equipment such as tractors, backhoes, and motorized trenchers to maintain and repair our waste management systems. As an ideal candidate, you should have a strong mechanical aptitude, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently while following safety protocols.
