
Social Media Manager
Manage and maintain company social media accounts. Oversee social media analytics and reporting to ensure best in class and overall business leadership Manage social media vendor relationships. Work with brand marketing team around brand awareness and online reputation. Source content from across corporate departments and from the 17 Market Areas across North America Conduct reputation management, including crisis and issues management. Where applicable, could be available nights and weekends to respond to and monitor Company issues. Work closely with WM Customer Cares team to address customer-related posts. Generate content for corporate, senior leader, and area channels where needed.
