Warehouse Supervisor
Demonstrate predictable, reliable, and timely attendance. Follow written and verbal directions to complete assigned tasks on schedule. Read, write, and communicate in English & understand basic math. Learn from directions, observations, and mistakes and apply procedures using good judgment. Working knowledge of Watco Safety and Operating principles. Work independently or as part of a team and interact appropriately with others. Possess a commitment to customer service, rigorous attention to detail and the ability to work in a team oriented environment. Responsible for interacting with Customers and their representatives to provide coordination and information to inquiries regarding products and services. Using a motorized forklift, unload inbound linehaul trucks. Oversee and assist with the sortation of freight. Direct activities of Watco Warehouse Associates as well as temporary labor.
Prior supervisory experience
Must be able to type on and read mobile device screens
