Analyst, Treasury Accounting

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Treasury Accounting team at Webster Bank as an Analyst. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real impact in our organization. The ideal candidate for this role will have a deep understanding of Treasury Accounting fundamentals and be able to think critically and solve complex challenges.The successful Analyst, Treasury Accounting will have the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; at least two years of experience in a similar role; working knowledge of US GAAP and banking regulations; excellent written and verbal communication skills; and strong organizational and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is also a must.
