At Webster Bank, we are looking for a highly motivated and customer-service oriented individual to join our Syndications team as a Commercial Loan Service Associate. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Our Syndications team is dedicated to providing our customers with the best possible service, and we are looking for a team member who is passionate about working in this fast-paced environment.The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a loan servicing role, as well as an understanding of loan documentation and loan closing processes. An Associate's degree or higher in Finance or a related field is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and possess a customer-service mindset, excellent communication and customer service skills, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
