Application Analyst
Manage and troubleshoot multiple highly integrated/complex applications in support of Wellmark's systems. Provide technical guidance and coordinate of system implementations and upgrades.Proactively monitor systems availability performance and capacity and advise leadership of system health. Provide tactical troubleshooting and resolution of system incidents and problems while collaborating with application delivery, infrastructure and business partners. Maintain documentation and design papers defining infrastructure, implementation, systems administration, system management, testing, problem escalation and maintenance. Evaluate changes to determine the risk to current technical environment to determine and recommend the most effective implementation strategy. Develop business knowledge of the application in order to effectively provide support maintenance.
4+ years of relevant experience
