Bankruptcy Specialist

This position is part of the Bankruptcy Center of Excellence group. We are looking for candidates who can assist in bankruptcy account processing which requires excellent attention to detail, and desire to provide excellent account quality. The lines of business we will service will be: Retail Services, Non-Prime, Prime, Dillard's and EFS. Responsible for a group of medium to high level risk bankrupt accounts, and applying Bankruptcy Code and general collection law requirements. May work on special projects. May provide direction to less experience staff.
