Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.
  3. Manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.
  4. Remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  5. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in customer documentation.
  6. Collaborate with other customer service teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  7. Utilize available resources to research customer inquiries and resolve customer issues.
  8. Maintain customer records and data in a secure and confidential manner.
  9. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their issues.
  10. Stay up to date on new products and services to better serve customers.
