
Delivery Lead, HR Products & Transformation
Wells Fargo is looking for a dynamic Delivery Lead, HR Products & Transformation to join the team and drive change. This role requires an individual who is experienced in the HR space and has a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale projects. We are looking for a results-oriented professional who is able to think critically, build relationships, and lead teams through a complex and evolving landscape.The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with at least five years of experience in HR, project management, and/or change management. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a passion for driving change and delivering results. We are seeking someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks with a sense of urgency. A strong understanding of HR and transformation processes, technologies, and products is essential.
