At Wells Fargo, we are looking for an Escalation Manager to help us provide the best customer service experience in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem solving and a knack for customer relations. We are seeking a candidate with strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize assignments effectively. The Escalation Manager must have an in-depth understanding of the Wells Fargo products and services, and an ability to remain current with new products and services. Also required is the ability to manage customer relationships, resolve customer complaints, and provide customer education.The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
