- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding fraud and claims inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and efficient resolution of customer issues and concerns.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and actively listen to customers' needs and concerns.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure the security and safety of customers' accounts.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Wells Fargo's products and services to effectively assist customers with their inquiries.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in fraud and claims procedures to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Document all customer interactions and accurately update customer accounts.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to effectively resolve complex customer issues.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance metrics and goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Strong Communication Skills: A Fraud & Claims Operations Representative Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Colleagues.
Attention To Detail: Attention To Detail Is Crucial In This Role As The Representative Will Be Responsible For Accurately Documenting And Investigating Fraud And Claims Cases.

Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role Is Important As The Representative Will Be Dealing With Customers Over The Phone And Must Provide Professional And Empathetic Service.
