Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Audit Manager with the skills and experience to take on a highly visible role within our Internal Audit Team. The successful candidate must have a deep knowledge of financial services and a passion for leading and developing audit teams. This is an opportunity to help shape our internal audit team and ensure that Wells Fargo is meeting its fiduciary responsibilities and regulatory requirements.The Lead Audit Manager will be responsible for leading the internal audit team in developing audit strategies, processes and procedures. They will be expected to coordinate audit teams, review audit reports and ensure that Wells Fargo is taking proactive measures to identify and address any risks.To be considered for the role, applicants must have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field and at least seven years of experience in a financial services audit role. Proven management and leadership experience is also essential, as is the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
