Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and advice on capital markets and securities law matters.
- Draft and review contracts, documents, and other legal materials related to capital markets and securities law.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external counsel and other parties involved in capital markets and securities law matters.
- Monitor and analyze legal developments in capital markets and securities law to identify potential risks and opportunities for Wells Fargo.
- Prepare and present reports and updates regarding legal developments in capital markets and securities law.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on capital markets and securities law matters.
- Negotiate and resolve disputes involving capital markets and securities law.
- Perform research and provide analysis on legal issues related to capital markets and securities law.
- Represent Wells Fargo in legal proceedings and hearings related to capital markets and securities law.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal
Juris Doctor Degree From An Accredited Law School
Admitted To Practice In At Least One State
+ Years Of Experience In Capital Markets And Securities Law
Expertise In Sec And Exchange Act Registration And Reporting Requirements
Knowledge Of Corporate Governance
