
Learning and Development - Facilitator

They will be able to create and deliver amazing training sessions that are tailored to the individual needs of our employees.To be a successful candidate for this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, have the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and be able to work with diverse teams. Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to the individual needs of Wells Fargo employees.
- Use adult learning principles and problem-solving skills to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date understanding of the latest Learning and Development trends and best practices.
- Monitor the success of each training session and make adjustments as needed.
- Create effective training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and online learning tools.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that training sessions are delivering the desired results.
- Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of training sessions and provide feedback to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
