Loan Servicing Specialist

This individual will support a variety of processes across the department while assisting to meet customers request and service level agreements. Responsible for reviewing, researching and processing request from customers while rotating between processes, based on volume and department needs. Responding to moderate to complex phone inquiries from internal business partners and contacting customers for various loan information. Functions include: Reviewing and explaining loan payment history to internal partners, calling customers to obtain additional loan information, reversing and correcting payment applications and completing recurring payment plans.
