Marketing Director - Digital Engagement

Develop marketing and engagement strategies to improve customer digital usage in existing tools like the mobile app, Zelle, digital wallet, etc. Lead integrated marketing and communication efforts to launch new digital tools into the market, in partnership with other groups within CSBB Marketing and partner teams. Participate in the development of the digital innovation roadmap, from a CSBB customer experience and marketing perspective.
