Job Description

At Wells Fargo, we are looking for a passionate and driven Customer Journey Transformation Lead to join our Merchant Services team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of customer journey transformation, a sharp eye for detail, and a drive to help our customers succeed. If you have a growth-oriented mindset and are willing to take on a leadership role in driving merchant services customer experience transformation, this could be the role for you.Requirements:• 5+ years of experience in customer experience transformation and/or customer/consumer insights• Proven leadership experience in developing and executing customer journey transformation initiatives• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple teams• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analytics• Ability to effectively manage projects and timelines• Experience using customer journey mapping tools• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related fieldAt Wells Fargo, you will have the opportunity to use your expertise to drive customer experience transformation and help our merchant services customers succeed.
