3. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.
5. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and procedures.
6. Demonstrate a commitment to customer service excellence by understanding and meeting customer needs.
7. Cross-sell bank products and services to current and potential customers.
8. Prepare and present customer account summaries.
9. Maintain detailed records of customer accounts.
10. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
