5. Monitor and report on the performance of underwriting activities.
6. Conduct risk analysis and identify key areas of risk.
7. Develop underwriting policies and procedures.
8. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
9. Monitor market conditions to identify potential opportunities.
10. Provide guidance and training to junior underwriting staff.
