We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources ServiceNow Security and Integration Analyst to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and seamless integration of our ServiceNow platform, which is integral to our HR operations. We are looking for an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of HR processes and regulations.   1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of HR processes and regulations in order to ensure the security and compliance of the ServiceNow platform.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement security best practices for the ServiceNow platform, including user access control, data protection, and system audits.
  3. Monitor and analyze system performance and proactively identify and resolve any security or integration issues.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow security and integration, and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements to our HR services.
  5. Act as the subject matter expert for all things related to ServiceNow security and integration within the HR department, providing guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
  6. Conduct regular audits and assessments of the ServiceNow platform to ensure compliance with internal and external security standards.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials to educate HR team members on best practices for utilizing the ServiceNow platform securely and efficiently.
  8. Collaborate with external vendors and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
  9. Communicate updates and changes to the ServiceNow platform to relevant stakeholders, and provide support and training as needed.
  10. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the ServiceNow platform, and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR data with utmost care and discretion.
  12. Embrace and promote a diverse and inclusive work culture, and contribute to a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources Servicenow Security And Integration.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Implementing And Maintaining Servicenow Hr Security And Role-Based Access Control.

  • Strong Understanding Of Integration Concepts And Experience In Integrating Servicenow With Third-Party Applications/Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Provide Training And Support To End-Users.
