
Technical Writer
The Technical Writer will join Operations Documentation Excellence (ODE) to support the department’s role as a procedure-writing expert and documentation control point. The primary responsibilities include drafting, editing, and formatting moderately complex technical documentation for technical and non-technical users, ensuring procedure documents align with the Wells Fargo Style Guide and internal standards. This position will be responsible for editing technical documentation authored by others and integrating content and review feedback from partners in the lines of business, editors, Control, Compliance, and Legal, as well as capturing required approvals from each. Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company.
1+ year of technical documentation and publication experience
Ability to meet aggressive deadlines
