Teller

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Teller to join the Wells Fargo family. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of our team, responsible for providing superior customer service while handling a variety of financial transactions. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and who will take pride in delivering exceptional service to our customers.The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of one year of customer service experience, and a strong understanding of basic financial transactions. You must be able to respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner and must be able to handle multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to excellent customer service and an ability to work independently are also essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner and provide excellent customer service.
2. Process a variety of financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
3. Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
4. Utilize appropriate resources to provide customers with accurate information.
5. Balance cash drawers daily and maintain accurate records of transactions.
6. Follow security procedures to ensure the safety of customer information.
7. Remain up-to-date on financial products and services offered by Wells Fargo.
8. Cross-sell bank products and services when appropriate.
9. Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest changes.
10. Assist with additional projects and tasks as needed.
