Legal Counsel - Litigation

Serves as primary legal counsel overseeing commercial disputes and litigation, managing assigned matters from inception to conclusion, including budget management, outside counsel management, and management of internal processes such as legal holds, witness interviews, and document collection. Assist AGC with management of other key litigation matters and initiatives as needed. Manage and oversee litigation related processes and procedures to ensure consistent processes and protection of Company, including on matters being handled by franchisees’ counsel. Manage Company’s response to third-party subpoenas for business records, court appearances, and other third-party litigation matters. Advise other business units on litigation and dispute matters, including Risk, Payroll, and HR. Supporting AGC or General Counsel on an “as requested” basis on special projects.
