Job Description

Represent finance point of view on the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives. Develop business cases, read test analysis, and structure project approaches and work plans that involve problem solving with a cross functional team. Drive profitability through analysis of restaurant, product and/or digital initiative performance, including sales volumes and growth, EBITDA performance, bench marking, and key business performance metrics. Assess drivers of restaurant/product/digital initiative performance and provide insights/recommendations to accelerate overall restaurant and market performance. Support the development of the annual operating plan and partner with marketing team on calendar and promotional planning to achieve sales targets. Supervises two to three Senior Analysts, reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback and development opportunities. Ensures high quality analysis with supportable/documented assumptions and inputs.

Job Qualifications

7 years of experience
3-5 years of experience in a similar Finance & Planning or analytical role
Prior management of direct reports or evidence of success in leadership positions
Experience at a multi-unit operator and/or franchise concept a plus
