Bachelor's Degree In Business, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Organizational Change Management Or Transformation.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Areas For Improvement And Develop Effective Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Team Members And Present Findings To Stakeholders.
