Manager - Skills Lab
Overall duties include monitoring and controlling daily operations such as equipment and supply inventory, and coordinating the training of faculty in the skills lab. Facilitates validations and implements consistent practices across faculty and validators. Ensures the collection of data and analysis to evaluate utilization of resources and student learning outcomes and assists with other special projects or initiatives in the use of student skills development. Supports and facilitates all skills lab activities to maintain accreditation standards for the College of Nursing.
Current Registered Nurse License required.
Three to five years strong clinical experience in acute nursing patient care.
Prior Skills Lab Faculty experience with demonstrated ability to impact student outcomes.
