Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Education Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In A Helpdesk Or Technical Support Role
Strong Understanding Of Educational Research Methodologies And Data Analysis Techniques
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Assist Clients And Collaborate With Team Members
Proficiency In Relevant Software And Technology, Such As Spss, Qualtrics, And Other Data Collection And Analysis Tools.
